Heritage Site Entrance Fees in Nepal
Visitor window: best between 5:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Ticket checks usually happen during daytime visitor hours.
Visitor window: 4:00 AM–9:00 PM for the wider temple area. Non-Hindus cannot enter the inner main temple.

Trekking & Hiking Permit Fees in Nepal
Main permit: Sagarmatha National Park entry. Also expect the Khumbu Pasang Lhamu local permit for the Everest region.
Popular for Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Lakes, Three Passes and other Khumbu trekking routes.
Main permit: Annapurna Conservation Area Permit, usually called ACAP.
Used for ABC, Mardi Himal, Ghorepani, Poon Hill and Annapurna Circuit routes.
Main permit: Langtang National Park entry.
Used for Langtang Valley, Kyanjin Gompa, Gosainkunda and Helambu-side trekking routes.
Main permits: Manaslu Restricted Area Permit plus Manaslu Conservation Area Permit.

Day Hiking & Nature Entry Fees Near Kathmandu
Used for Shivapuri, Nagi Gumba, Bagdwar and other day hiking routes near Kathmandu.
Part of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. Used for the Jamacho Gumba forest hike above Balaju.
Used for jungle safari, canoe trips and wildlife visits in Chitwan National Park.
This is not a trekking permit, so it fits better under nature and safari entry fees.
Suspension Bridge and Viewpoint Fees in Nepal
No official bridge-crossing fee is normally listed, but local access around Rani Jhula is often reported as NPR 20 entry, plus NPR 20 parking if you arrive by vehicle.
Bridge crossing is usually free. Bungee, swing and adventure activities are charged separately.

Pokhara bridge tours sometimes include entry tickets, but public sources do not clearly confirm a fixed walk-up bridge fee. Check locally before listing a specific amount.

Absolutely. You must carry enough Nepali rupees for the entire day. At most heritage sites, monasteries, temple donation areas, trekking checkpoints, local ticket counters and smaller tourist attractions in Nepal, international cards and digital payments usually do not work.
